Mississippi Symphony Orchestra

April 24, 2014

As the largest professional performing arts organization in the state, the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra performs for more than 75,000 Mississippians each year at more than 120 concerts statewide, and the Sumter County Fine Arts Council is lucky enough to draw them across the state line and into Alabama again this year. Area concert goers are no doubt familiar with the symphony’s rich mixture of both classical and popular music. Come out to this annual concert to see what Maestro Crafton Beck has planned for the Bibb Graves stage at the University of West Alabama’s campus. The concert takes place on Thursday, April 24 at 7:30 pm.
